I'm not aware of any data plate for it, and as far as priming goes, it is usually specific to your individual rig. Some work best with just a plunge or two while others pump it a number of times for best results--odd but true, you gotta know your equipment!

Well we get that sometimes, too, in any hobby. In my case it's still the hen across the way-cackling at every opportunity to slow down my progress-no patriotism at all....
