1/8 " wire next to break reservoir

What is this wire that is connected to what i think is the break peddle notice it moved when i was bleeding the breaks it has a hook at the back side of it but does not look like it is hook to a dam thing it runs along side of the break reservoir on the right side of it. is it a return for the break peddle minus a spring if so i don't see where a spring whould be or a hole to put it in on the frame rail

Wire.

Its probably the wire that connects to the brake light switch. Pressure from applying the brake pedal somehow activates this switch to turn on the brake lights.

i believe you're talking about the return spring extension ,it attaches to the spring rear of the master cylinder and then to a bracket just rear of where the brake line goes thru the frame
