I agree... after getting back home, I got to thinking about my past expereinces, same issues, etc and got to thinking about the points/condensor perhaps being the culprit as well. well, I do have the pertronix already sitting in the garage, was going to attack that job next after the carb rebuild. s...

oh by the way: I am attacking each peice of the trucks system individually, like the carb now (after relining the entire gas tank) next would be to install the electonic ignition, but I wanted to make sure I didnt tear into too many individual parts. If shipping was reasonable I would consider, but having bought wheels ALONE in the past and having shipped cost me plenty!

I fiannly went and bought a driver side door spare tire mount for my 63 M37B1.

now need to locate a decent rim/wheel for a spare.

anyone have a spare wheel w/ lock rim to sell?

Or a mounted NDT on a M37 wheel?

I am considering a new Dodge military truck purchase (NON M-series, ww2 era 1941 dodge) All said, should I get this vehicle, it will need a new 230 c.i. engine. so putting out feelers now to see whats out there.
