Re: bed install question
I have found installing the bumperetts it's the lifting shackles and the lighting first to be a lot easier as you have room to work around all of those components and running your electrical wires . It's just a lot easier working when you can see what you're doing , but that is not saying that it ca...

Re: what brake fluid to use on m37
The TM call for dot 5.. What you do not want to do is mix the two if it is water-soluble it is Dot 3 or 4,if it doesn't wash with water it is most likely Dot 5 silicone base.

Thank you Jerry wonderful compliments. We found The M 37 Park in a field for sale in the typical condition of overuse and neglect with many different phases of life from military, fire department, highway department, forestry service, and then to civilian use and abuse and oh yeah Rust! We started t...

Thanks for transferring those to the thread Brett. I am working from an IPad and it seems to be very difficult posting pictures with it! When you go into my gallery and click on one of these photos they do not come up unless you again click on the broken photo icon.

M37 Built for Charity auction in January .
I am sharing pictures of a M37 that I went to Iowa in early June and started restoring then finishing in mid November. The truck was found in north west Iowa and wasn't a real bad example to start with but it had enough rust that was cut out and replaced . Every nut and bolt came off the truck down ...

the tool I use is the Snap On bearing swivel attachment that screws on a slide hammer, it is heavy enough that it will pull the seal and bushing.

Re: engine oil
Everyone that commented on the oils and types I agree with, but what I might add is get familiar to the operating pressure readings of your engine hot or cold to establish a base line to follow with the oil of your choice and if you should see a major change then a concern will be in order. Inspect ...

I would suggest taking the straps to a saddle repair shop and they can do the job and not make it look like bird shxt.

Re: 24 volt coil question
Long,
That is a very good ohm reading for a coil, If you were to check 10 new coils that would be a constant average.

I am not trying to be difficult with my response I just wasn’t comprehending the question! I guess there was a blonde moment going on.
To your question, the inlet or the top line going to the filter would be the pressure side.

It appears they can be matched up by simply heating and closing the gap at the bottom of the loop. The rest looks to be the same angles.
