On my 88950 old style transmission I have 3/8x16x 7/8" long hold the shifter tower down.

My unit used those bags to keep the TM's in. The log books were kept in the glove box while you were driving and turned in at the end of the day as Carter said. This book is from the 70's and the log book page I found on the internet.

Matt This might be of some help in testing the coil And you can use a hair dryer to heat it with to see if the reading changes. Also you stated that at one point you get a voltage reading of 35 volts, Was that with the motor running? Because these Generators can put out up too 50 volts when not regu...
