Re: Oil Filtration:Chaos and Answers

Mounted to the regulator base as when mounted to the old oil filter bracket it was too close to the starter and made it difficult to change the filter. The gauge...

Re: Oil Filtration:Chaos and Answers
Here's mine
Done about 4 years ago and works great.
I opted for the larger Baldwin filter as it adds 1/2 quart more oil to the mix.

Re: M37 Seabees Picture
Kevin,
It would have to be by seance
George died 2.5 years ago and is really missed by the guys
who bought parts from him for over 40 years.
I asked a couple of friends to check the picture out to confirm.
Will let you know.

Re: M37 Seabees Picture
Not a salvage yard. George was a seabee (NMCB27 CWB5) and was one of the
largest M37 parts dealers after his service. Got out of the service just before
his unit was sent to VN.

Re: decals
Vinny,
The 1/87 was attached to the 10th mountain division most recently.
Passenger side would read: 10-1/87 (M)
Driver's side would read: A-1
Should be 3" letters and numbers.
Gary,
3A = 3rd Army
3 triangle = 3rd armored.
Hope this helps?

Will do!
I have Ugly Truckling's conversion and will be swapping out the hubs and drums.
The tires are in my shed, I will try and get some pixs for you.
I can also deliver to VT show.
Summer???? It's cold as a bandit here this morning, cats are under the blanket!

Re: Tires
Doug,
I have 2 McCreary super lugs on budd wheels that are surplus to my needs as I
am going tubeless with the disk brake conversion. They have about 100 miles on them.
