Just my luck. I live in NC and there is a Roo meat shortage in North Carolina. I will have to stop in at the Zoo and see if they have a extra one.

It was in the late teens and early twenty's Long before TV. Almost all boys with the last one being a girl, my Mother. Lots of sets of twins.

Yum! Great in a meat pie.

My Grandparents used to serve it all the time. With sixteen kids if it was meat they ate it.

Never had Wallaby or Kangaroo but I would give it a try. Is Wallaby or Kangaroo caned for export?
