Re: ford ranger carb.

Depending on the carb and the style of jets and such it might be a tad easier to tune for altitude change and barometric pressure than the ETW1, past that, no idea.

Re: Should We Share Our Bargain Parts Finds ??

Coming from a rodding background, posting about deals and who carries prove parts for a song is standard. Obviously there will be some specialty stuff that's high dollar, but that's for a reason, like if I want my early tranny rebuilt, I'd be more likely to arrange for MSeriesRebuild to do it versus...

Re: Radiator Question

I wouldn't be able to verify until January. It honestly could be a flange measurement. I'm about 90% sure it's the original radiator by the amount of rusticles on the inlet/outlets and the such.

Re: Radiator Question

That's what I have written down, though with mine currently laid up 9 hours away I can't double check it. It was rather marginal for the desert though.

Re: New member with ignition issues

Are all the wire connections good? May seem dumb, but mine died once because the power wire to the coil had worked itself loose from the distribution board.

Re: Help Please....

My understanding is that it's a power cable port for radios mounted in the bed area. Can't currently help with the gasket bit. Hopefully someone moe knowledgable will come along shortly.

Re: Radiator Question

The last measurement is the overall thickness of the core area and lower tank. I don't have access to my M37 at the moment to measure the upper tank.

Re: Radiator Question

I measured mine when I thought I needed to replace mine, going to probably do so with the diesel repower coming. Anyways, here's my dimensions, 17 7/8"x 22 1/16"x 1 1/4". These could be a bit off, but should get you in the ballpark.
