Re: Good Morning!

Hey Gary. My world has been turned upside down lately so the short answer is the air-horn is still sitting on the shelf in the shop. Please listen to Miss Veronica and rent a spot or better yet, buy a trailer and take it along!!! Our snow is gone for now. More next weekend. DSCF3675 (250 x 141).jpg

Re: DT466 Diesel truck motor.

Two "gotta~have" items.
Cruise control & higher rear gears. She is a slow beast.
55 mph is about all it likes. I don't need to go faster, want to slow the motor down a bit.

DT466 Diesel truck motor.

Hey Crew.
Anyone out there ever install a cruise control on a International Harvester truck with a DT466 mechanical engine?
I want cruise on the new tow vehicle. Also taller rear gears but that's another hill to climb.

Re: Show us your Steel...

Thank You Bert & Bruce. Not sure Lori will ever be able to keep me in line? She does try however. The IH should do alright although it needs a lot of TLC before earning a spot in the Powell Motor pool. The school bus in the background. Well, that was a mistake. It went bye-bye before quick. I al...

The lift works and we have been using it.
This winter it will be taken apart, blasted and painted. Simply ran out of time!
