2 clutch assemblies 1 has less than 100 miles other would make good spare or core
2 military carbs 1 rebuilt and 1 parts
2 civi carbs both should be rebuild able
and tons of engine parts

for a whole first gen dodge cummins (rusty of course) 2k runs and drives
price for a running 4bt 4k no trans no nothing

I think ill go with the 6bt

since winter is on its way , I had to come up with a project ,and somewhere near the bottom of my long list of projects was engine for m37 my neighbor offered me a rotary pump 6bt cummins with an nv4500 and an np205 in a rusted out truck ,I plan on using that as my drivetrain and I know a guy a that...

starting a new build thread on the old m37

would a stock m37 frame handle the excessive amount of torque a 6bt cummins puts out ?
or would I need to add more crossmembers to it and plate it ?

I took an old starter button put it where the stock dimmer switch is on the floor so you hit the siren button with your foot
and it looked stock

I am dragging out the extra motor and am goonna see if I can get the old girl whipped into shape by the 12th of august so I can road trip it 100ish miles to the central Wisconsin military show

I was offered a 440 with a 4 speed will it fit under the hood

and I was offered a 1st gen cummins running gear and the motor is making big power ,I am considering a body swap then I will have a streetable truck that will cruise at freeway speeds
