timing marks on M37
I know this is probably a dumb question , but on the crankshaft pulley, which line is TDC ? it is the line in the middle of timing marks right ? It just seems there is a lot of adjust possible both before and after TDC . The TM8030 does not have a good picture of the timing marks ,so I am a little c...

Re: Help with parts source
I just resealed my case .I used National REDI-SLEEVES and National seals . The seals are double liped .Just about any knowledgeable parts store should be able to get them for you .Rock Auto has them . Don't reseal the unit unless you use redi sleeves or you are just wasting your time . They are easy...

Re: side board and seat wood dimensions
Thanks everybody for all the info , it was just what I needed . I will probably use some ash wood , has a nice grain and there is lots around here , everybody's cutting ash trees due to the ash borer . I will probably leave it natural and put some stain on it . bob k

I plan on draining and refilling all the gear lube on my M37, trans, transfer and both diffs , my question is can I use a GL5 gear lube or should I be looking for some GL4 gear lube ? Finding a GL4 in my area has been a little difficult . It seems that GL5 is the replacement gear lube now .

fuel pump wireing
When I added a electric fuel pump to my m37 I used a momentary on switch and switch cover for my installation . I only use the electric fuel pump as a primer ,when the vehicle sits for a while . I was a little concerned about too much fuel pressure to use the electric pump all the time.

weatherstip adhesive
I would use a little of good old 3M yellow weatherstrip adhesive. Just remember that a little go's a long way . Auto body supply or NAPA should have it, comes in a tube .
