Re: The tale of three trucks...

So Travlr, what's the word on these bad boys? Sold any, got any running, etc.? We'd love an update-thanks! Gary Sorry Gary, I haven't been around for a while. I sold the two green trucks to one guy. I think he was somewhere up close to Ogden. He came to look at the B and when I offered to sell him ...

Re: replacement radiator for M37

Nice to hear from you Chuck-hope you and Bambi are well! You didn't mention your engine-if you're upgrading it I'd likely go with a modern radiator coupled with the tranny cooler. Easier to procure than finding an M37 radiator that you can trust. Just my 2 cents, Gary Hey Gary... long time no see. ...

Re: Replacement Fuel Tank

I don't know what the dimensions are for the M37 but there are square body Chevy Blazer tanks that are 28x28 and come in 25 and 31 gallons. And Suburbans have a 40(?) gallon tank.

I just bought a 31 gallon for about $135 delivered.

Re: replacement radiator for M37

I guess I'll resurrect this thread. Been absent for awhile so returning with an interest in renewing acquaintances and asking questions. I'm not interested in doing a stock rebuild because I want to drive my truck like a road worthy vehicle. So I'm doing a chassis swap and am well on the way. Just a...

So Travlr, what's the word on these bad boys? Sold any, got any running, etc.? We'd love an update-thanks! Gary I sold both of the green trucks last Monday to a guy in Ogden. Nice guy and he says he's looking to use them as a business expense and promotion. Parades and such. A heating company... Gr...

Looking to buy M37 metal top

I need a metal top for my M37. Condition is not very important other than I don't want any structural rust. Surface rust, bad paint, and minor dings are fine. I can pickup in Utah or surrounding states. Willing to pay for shipping if it can be in my budget.

Re: The tale of three trucks...

I tried to start the '61 ragtop today. The starter motor works. But it wasn't getting fuel. It also looks like the water pump is leaking after I topped off the coolant. It sputtered a couple of times with starting fluid and some gravity fed gas... but no bueno. I might try starting one of the other ...

Re: The tale of three trucks...

Anybody have any advice to sell the one truck I've got for sale? Any places where military vehicles are listed? I'd like to see it go to a good home where it would be appreciated. You might try the Dodge M37/M43 Facebook Group . They seem to have a fair amount of traffic there. Thanks, I just submi...

Re: The tale of three trucks...

The ragtop truck is now for sale. A 1961 M37B1 20210927_112438.jpg I haven't started it yet. The wife and I just got over Covid so things have been slow getting done. Once it is started the price will go up. Right now I'm asking $4500. I'm in the middle of Utah on I-70, so great place to come visit ...

Re: The tale of three trucks...

Thanks! Nope, never seen that guy or the equipment. The MV club here is so ancient they have to bus most of the members to meetings. I inquired years ago about joining, and they tried to stick me with a half-dozen projects before I even signed up, so I didn't join. Oh, please add your location to y...

Re: The tale of three trucks...

Nice find! So where in Utah did you find them? Gary They were just east of Richfield. If you find yourself heading south, maybe going to Fish Lake or somewhere, give me a call and I'll buy lunch. I've seen some military hardware on the road into Heber from Park City. You know anything about that guy?
