I have broken two rear shafts. One broke while while starting from a stop sign in a residential zone about a block from my house. No hot rodding , just a normal start and BANG! I had to put in 4h to get home. That was with a completely stock, original, never messed with, engine and drive line. The o...

It does require you to know the exact location of your image and type it in between [img] tags. Well, I am looking into some mods that will allow using a...

SAE hand book 1950

I just picked up a pristine copy of the SAE handbook, 1950. It is loaded with good info. Dimensions, specs, standards. etc. All relevant to the early period of our trucks.

It is a great addition to my reference library.

I have not had time to integrate it with the forum yet, as I am working on a new version of the site with complete integration of the forum, gallery and technical articles.

The email would go just to your email. Because the registry is viewable by the public, anyone can email you.

We set it up this way to allow people to contact you with questions about your truck without giving away your email, so you could decide if you wanted to correspond with them or not.

The registry does have it's own email system. It is set up as a blind email. The people sending do not have access to your actual email, so they can't add it to any spam lists. If you do start getting spam it would be from a real human. If this becomes a problem I will talk to Phil and see what can ...

CMS stand for Content Management System. Hopefully it will allow us to post articles(content) about our trucks in an organized and archiveable format in a more detailed manner than a forum. It will supplement the forum by expanding a post into a full blown article.

Hi guys,

I would certainly like to resurrect the "best of the forum " project. Can each of you send me an update of what your status is and if you have the time to continue on it. I can consolidate the info and work with N1VSM to see what the project needs to finish.

I am interested in the fording kit. However I don't have a lot of cash. Would you be interested in trading? I have an 18 foot trailer full of MV stuff that I would like to get rid of.
