Wisconsin passes SB110
Just got the news that the Wis. assembly passed SB110 giving broader usage and protections for the use of HMV's, Historic Military Vehicles, and allows different titling options, etc. Now on to the Governor for his signature.

shout out to a great businessman
Just wanted to give a shout out to a true blue businessman, Steve Hilsz, as most of you all know I collect WWII military items, of which one collection is a working BD-71 field telephone switch board, several EE-88 Field Telephones, an RM-29-A Remote Unit that patches through to my BC-312 and BC-375...

Re: M37 Scale Model
You can always build a paper model while the kits are being developed.
http://m37.crwdesigns.com/index.html at the bottom of the page is the paper model.
Here is the older M37 model from Neat Stuff (I dont know the manufacturer though

WTB Convoy Light parts
Did a dumb thing, while driving last week, got to close to a tree branch, didn't damage air intake snorkel but took the top off my convoy light in pieces :/ Looking for a place or someone who might know of a place to get a replacement dome, everything else works just shattered the dome? http://www.g...

New source for wiper blades?
Is there a modern equivalent for a wiper blade that will fit the m37 vacuum wipers? My last set let go the other day, and all the NOS ones I have seen of late are getting brittle. just looking for something that will last a bit longer

Re: A brief clip of my truck at 2012 Concours on the Green
Carl, That looks like a great representation of your truck and the display. :D What kind of response did you get from the onlookers and other show car owners? I would like to invite you to our Labor day weekend Threseree between Janesville and Edgerton. We have been bringing military vehicles there...

New find and addition to collection, WW2 Litter Cart
Last weekend I went to an Estate auction and scored a 1942 Wheeled, collapsible Litter Cart, in relatively decent shape, they thought it was for hauling deer out of the woods, but when I saw that OD green, and US marked wheels, the militaria tricorder kicked in! I am in the process of restoring it, ...

Thanks for the video.....your truck looked great. I didn't realize the fording kit exhaust pipe could be stowed on the side of the bed......I've never seen a pic of that anywhere.

A brief clip of my truck at 2012 Concours on the Green
Here's a video from last September, our annual car show that draws a lot of very fancy cars, I have my M37 and M101 set up with some of my displays on the Concours on the Green, the car right next to me is a 2012 Mclaren V12 616HP, no competition.... I asked if he wanted to race, over the curb....no...

Timelapse with my M37
Got my M37 to go lightning fast... well not at all, just messing around with time lapse photography, so I thought I'd tape a roughly 10 mile drive, taking one shot every 10 seconds, then converting it to a video at each frame every .20 of a second and that equals a ten mile drive in roughly 30 secon...

ALCAN convoy
I don't know if any of you have been following, or better yet, participating in the MVPA Alaska Canada ALCAN highway convoy, sure wish I could have done it, but I couldn't so am living through the photos of others. Here is one over the hood of an M37 as it approaches the US/Canada border, I believe ...
