Re: 4bt cummins
So, the conversion reads as straight forward, but finding one for cheap is nigh on impossible. I'm doing a 6.2 conversion on mine because I got a decent deal on Chevy 1 ton axles and drive line for about a grand more than just a turn key 4bt.

Re: M37 spark plug wires
I made my own using an MSD streetfire kit. Time consuming, but I would assume cheaper. I guess the only caveat would be, I'm not sure how well it'd work for a 24v system.

Explains why I couldn't find it by searching the site. I'll see if I can find him, though from reading the scan and looking at the pics, it looks fairly straight forward and that the rotor is held on by the lugs.

Check speedway for the M/C. That''s who I got mine from.
As for blue-prints, you should be able to figure out the brackets from mocking up the calipers to the hubs.

Both are synch'ed through 3-4th, 1-3rd aren't. As far as I've read, the ratios are the same. Everything else has been stated.

No problem, I hope it worked for you. I use a similar technique to protect my snorkeling gear.

Did a similar thing for my distributor gasket. Apply your favorite gasket "goop" (eg formagasket or gold spray) and you're good.

I plan on doing this with my 6.2L re-power. Just have to figure out how to keep the floor mounted clutch.
