tool box

I was at a show lately involving military vehicles in New York all of the M37 that i saw there had a tool box that ran from one side of the body to the other. my truck does not hav a tool box nor does it look as if it ever did. were they made with and without? my body looks original.

OMG what have i done??? I have just removed the carburator and found that it is a Ball and Ball????? Made for Chysler Corp the only number is on the intake tube 1268923-1 in searching there are only two carbutors ever mentioned as being used in this vehicle and this is not one of them does anyone ha...
