It was actually more than just Chrysler, left hand lug nuts have been around for a long time. Willys Jeeps were that way also, along with other makes as far as I know.

I definitely use good oil. :) I was really just thinking about the fact that since the filters are in a canister that doesn't drain back, and are a bypass type anyway it's a different ball game. I use Fram C3P for my Jeeps and C4P for my M series. I know a lot of stories are out there about Fram, but I don't see how the cartridge filters could be inferior to other brands.

ORD 9 SNL G-741 :) That should be for the cab, if by rear you mean chassis there is a separate one for that.

Parts book says it's a body harness for M37, M42 and V41 through serial number 80025704.

I agree with Charles, I think trying to install them the correct way puts more stress on the pad. The new ones will almost stretch enough to go over the pedal end. But almost is it! :(

WeeBee Webbing should be able to supply the correctly cut foam for the seat. That's all it is, just heavy foam. They have the correct stuff.
