Re: Tire help
I appreciate the fact that you are new here. Welcome. Chuck, I suggest that you try to connect with the many WWII Dodge/Power Wagon/M37 owners in and around you. They are your local support group. There are many articles and discussions concerning tires on the various web sites that cover M37s and t...

Re: brake system questions
Welcome, Cav Trooper. Here's an interesting coincidence. I just happen to be wearing one of my "Brave Rifles" shirts that I have to honor my son who recently returned from a tour in Iraq. He would have been known to other Cav Troopers as "Muleskinner Six". What is your Regiment a...

Re: M37 production figures, interesting
Tim, I still have a pay slip from that era when I worked at the International Harvester truck plant in Springfield, Ohio. In 1957, I was a quality control inspector, and in 1959 I was a production scheduler (build tickets). That plant built small trucks (pickups, travelall, etc.) on up to medium tru...

M56 t-case center output
The Contact Truck M56 uses the center t-case output to drive the welder/generator. Everything you need is there. I haven't measured to see if the driveshaft needs its length changed, but it looks like it is okay as is.

P.P.P.P.P.P.
If someone avoids the P.P.P.P.P.P. situation, they don't post a short term ad* (*short for "advertisement" and having nothing to do with mathmatic computation). Moreover, when a person knows anything about the item they are attempting to dump, they list the scarce parts. The seller says, &...

You are really special!
You are probably the only visitor to this Forum who would rather do the patches instead of going 100 yards out of your daily drive to work to check out a pair of rust free fenders.
Good luck with those patches.
