Never did get the S256, and that's ok...no room.

It is pretty straight forward, I do it at least twice a year. I use a rubber mallet to bang the top bow off as it sticks. Mark, The software i used for mine was Microsoft Digital Image Pro and Paint Shop Pro. Microsoft word might work, but the trick is to set the page size to the actual size of the poster you want to make, and adjust the pictures and fonts accordingly.
