i have the opening at the rear of the tank. this 3/4 pipe opening is underneath the tank towards the front leading edge. it looks like the threads are brass but i cant tell if its been added or not because the tank has had the renu process. everything else on the tank looks the same as my tank from ...

fuel tank drain?

i just bought another fuel tank for my 63' m37 and noticed that underneath the tank there was a threaded opening that took a 3/4 pipe plug. it's located towards the front lower edge. is this stock? or was it something that someone added? my 53' m37 didn't have it and neither did the tank in my 63'.

inner axle seals

so even with the bushing in front of it the slide hammer did the job? i'll have to buy or borrow a slide hammer then. i was going to fit sections of pipe from one side to the other. your way sounds easier!

inner axle seals

to change my inner axle seals in my front axle do i have to drive the seal from the inside out to remove? i noticed when i removed the axle shaft that the seal was behind a brass bushing out towards the end of the axle tube.

i think what you are describing is wire #85. the wiring diagram that i'm looking at shows it coming off the ignition switch and going nowhere. it must be an extra power source if you need it.

hi guys;can anyone tell me if the front knuckle felt is supposed to be installed dry or not . i've never changed one and i can't find any info on the subject. i'm getting ready to install one of ray's front disc kits and figure i should freshen up everything in the front end while i'm at it.

engine swap

luckily i still have some time left to make a decision. heck i'd even consider chevy parts if they seem to work better. idealy a deisel swap would be best, but i'm looking at money limitations and i'm more familiar with gasoline engines. and your right, i'm not a purist. i want to leave the look of ...
