I can't recall any hidden ones. You'd be surprised what a little work clearing out the slots and some heat will do to get the screws out. Two things.....first, the wheel wells flare out below the bed a bit so you need to drag them off sideways first. I had to remove tire to get them to slide. Second...

Skybow had a 1/35 M37 listed at one time but it never went into production. Maybe you could try there and see if you could stir up some interest. I think they might have sold out to AFV Club which makes AWESOME M35A1 models!!!!

I have had my bed apart so maybe I can give you some insite. Its going to be tough to get just the floor out. The bed sides have lips around the wheel wells that go over the floor for starters. The 2 parts of the bed floor are spot-welded together so you'll need to drill those out to get it apart. T...

Couldn't be easier..... Remove the 2 sheet metal screws holding them in, slide them out and slide the new ones in. There is a square hole in the latch mechanism and a square rod on the handle.....

Is there a way to tell ahead of time which style rear main seal is in there? Can the non 2 piece one be replaced without removing the transmission?
Thanks

Original production had more tie down hooks than later production. The cabs all had the indents for the extra hooks. Someone posted the list of production changes here once...... The 51 models have all the bells and whistles like the access cover under the passenger seat to adjust the parking brake....

I have M43 parts in RI if you need anything........
I second Charles comments. When I tried taking a PTO off a parts truck it was easier to drop the tranny first.....no room at all to work.

M37 hesitation

If you guys recall from the old forum I was having issues with lack of power and hesitation on my M37. I solved that with timing adjustment (thanks Charles) and a rebuilt carb. Truck runs great now except at the top end of RPMs before shifting and at around 38 MPH in 4th gear the truck has noticable...

No trick.....4 (I think) bolts that are accessed from the inside of the vent and it lifts out. I recall there are slotted holes for adjustment. Most of the dealers have replacement seals that get glued in.
