I intend to drive the truck around town, to parades, and some highway driving, maybe a little offroading. Will the flywheel have to be replaced?

Will the engine from a 52 plymouth (218ci) fit the M37?

I have never taken an engine apart before, I have replaced the clutch on the M-37 though, so I'm not afarid of getting my hands dirty. I live in southern Cali, so I figure if I screw it up more, I can take it to a shop. As for as tools, I have access to pretty much anything I need (I gots friends).....

Greetings All, I broke my engine, heard a clumping noise, then it stalled out, tried to turn it back on and it won't turn. I constantly drive my M-37 everywhere, when I was stationed in San Diego I used to make that run from L.A. at 55 mph, I did this for 2 1/2 years. I recently tried installing a fuel pump I purchased rebuilt but it seems the the arm that goes inside the engine is too long, am I doing something wrong?
