Jim,

There are two bolts through the bottom, two through the side, and three come down through the winch side bracket, truck frame and into the extension. I will try and get you a picture of the mounted PTO. One of the pics above show the mounted PTO but not a close up.

thanks for the compliments guys, my motivation level is high now that its starting to look like a truck again. Tuko, yes they are custom wheels, Jim Hunter, I do not have any pics of the pto installation,is there something specific you want to see?

Very nice truck, I want to have some wheels made like yours, they look like Stockton wheels. Do you remember the specs on those (backspacing etc.)? Good luck with the sale. If the new owner doesn't like the tire/wheel package I'd be interested.
