I bought a nos 24v external coil from debella jeep, you have to call him and ask for it. I also bought a new external coil for a Hotchkiss M201 from Jeep Est out of France. The one from France was about $80 with shipping and it runs good.

I am wondering if anyone knows a close rattle can paint color for the yellow bridge plaque. I just got the plaque for the grill and need to paint the 4 inch circle on the passenger door.

I bought a gallon of late WW2 GCI paint and am getting ready to start painting some fenders. What has other people used for thinner and what ratio. I'm planning on using acetone and no hardener.

I did the math and it takes about 6 ohms of total resistance to get around 21-22 volts. The coil had about 5.2 ohms so I put a 1 ohm resistor and idles about 21.5 volts. Hope this info helps someone else out.

I was thinking the small roughly 1.5 inch blackout stop light like the first picture.

I want to make a reverse light with a m37b1 black out stop light. I want to replace the cover with a fullsize clear lense. I can only find amber lenses for a m38, does anyone tried this or know where to find a clear lense.
