So I have this M37 with some tired front springs that are holding up a small block Chevy. I also have a M101a1 trailer that has some nice looking springs with a bit more arc that what's left in the M37. They are the same width and length. The M37 has 8 leaves while the M101a1 has 7. Were M56 trucks ever produced in/for Canada? If so, would they have the syncro tranny and 251?

I am in Sechelt and would be happy to rip out to the island to have a look at some trucks in varying condition. Spoke to RMS last week and hoping to stop by his place soon.
