I always thought the "EOD" livery was elegant.
I remember seeing years ago in-service M-37's at the Yuma Proving Grounds in that paint scheme, where they obviously had a LOT of ordnance to dispose of....

That Douglas connector with the little angle bracket is not a ground, rather it is just a dead end. They are not supposed to have continuity from the wire to the bracket, as they do not have the internal connection inside the plastic ferrule.
