Since you have no lights, check that the tail lights are grounded. The turn signal lever also needs grounded by the steering column, you may need to remove some paint.

If you have an RT-68 radio set, get a PP-109 power supply. It is the 12 volt input version for this set. The vibrator converts low voltage DC to high voltage AC. It contains a coil and contacts that are similar to ignition points. The five wire harness lets you connect the later style volt meter using the harness. The four harness had three power outs to the gauges, fuel, temp and oil pressure, and one power in from the ignition switch. The early ammeter used two wires on the front harness.
