On mine, the vibration was due to the brace/support that runs across the hood that the horn mounts to . The brace was vibrating against the hood when the horn blows. Before jumping into a rebuild.check your valve adjustment. I pulled my head and the PO had the gasket on backwards. So before I replaced the gasket I scraped all the carbon off the pistons and from under the valves. then seated the valves with some grinding compound. ajusted the valves and now it ru...

How about posting part finds made in the USA. These days low priced parts are due to foreign made inferior parts.
