Good Morning Suacla, I have a 1951 M37 with the complete 100 amp setup, and a functioning troupe seat mounted radio. I'll email you, and I'm happy to be of any help I can.

Re: New Speedometer Question
Hey Everyone -- Have you considered how advanced our M37s were at their conception? My 1951 is a 1st production year "As It Rolled Of The Assembly Line" example, that included Keyless Entry, and Push Button Start! I could go on and on, but most of you already know why you are so proud of y...

Re: Auxillary Power Port
Thanks for the "Connector Link" Just Me!!
I have the socket on my 51, and I have the work light that plugs into it. I don't have a good picture of either of them though. If still needed, I can get a decent picture for anyone interested?

Re: Insignia's
Thanks for your encouragement guys!
My original thought was to get them all laid out in some logical order and attached to a OD woolen blanket. Then they'd be able to be hung like a wall hanging, and still transportable when rolled up.
Guess I'll just have to start and Git'er Done!

Insignia's
During WWII My Mother was a Navy WAVE Nurse, and my Dad was a Parachute Rigger in North Africa and Italy. They were Courting, and began a hobby between themselves of collecting sew on Insignia's. Many years later, my Dad handed me a box and said "Why don't you take these, the kids might like to...

Re: SNOW ON THE WAY...
I came across a set of heavy duty truck type chain tighteners that would look good on my truck. They have heavy springs incorporated in the assembly for each wheel. I don't have a picture of them at this point. I have them glass bead blasted and hope to paint them shortly. I'm guessing tire chains a...

Re: Bumper lettering and stenciling
While it is great to retain and honor the original identity under which a vehicle served, having your unit ID on your own truck is Awesome!

Re: Help with Component ID
Finally had a chance to post a picture of the engine stamping in this truck. It is the "V41 Up For Grabs", that I was hoping to be all original. Still haven't figured out where this engine came from, but I think it's Civilian
