Personally I try to avoid using heat or a hammer. I like to get lengths of box tubing on either side of the problem and squeeze them together with some combinaton of a large vice and clamps. I have 2 or 3 good take-out 5.83's. I don't need to keep them all, and so would part with at least one. Additionally I pass fairly close to Hanover when travelling from Northern West Virginia to visit family near Lancaster. If you're interested I'd have to figure out how to put a price on a good 5.8...

Tim, If it's an 1989 it's probably an M101-A2, which means that it is equiped with surge brakes. Similar but different than an M101. I have an 1988 M101-A2, great trailer, not quite as well built as an M101, but still an able piece of equipment. Looks fine behind an M-37, but not absolutely "co...
