There are no replacement wheels without having them made. There are people who make new or modify your existing wheels.
Tires are 16", so no, Hummer tires wont fit. They are 16.5" or 20" on recentered wheels.
9.00-16 are the tires for these trucks. There are plenty of selections in that size. Just realize that you will also need to replace tubes and flaps when you replace tires. And depending where you live, finding a shop to do them can be difficult.
They are not something someone with no tire experiance should do by themselves. Doing right isn't too hard. Doing it wrong can be deadly.

Thanks for the info. Good to know. Right now I have 11:00 X r16 Michelan tires on it, they are cracked. I would think most large 16 inch tires would fit. Is this incorrect ?

NEVER attempt to mount 16.5 tires on 16" wheels.
You can mount any 16" tire provided it is in the recommended width for the wheel and you have the appropriate tube. (Radial in a radial tire.)

I am not positive but I think the later HMMWV did go to 16 inch tires.

Right now I have 16 inch HUMVEE tires on my stock wheels, shopping around for their replacement. They've been mounted for almost 20 years.

I had a replacement NDT put on one rim, that tire was pretty aged and cracked. Moved another aged tire to the spare, and the four now on the ground are one new, two good, and one which looks OK has a build date of 1968! Heck, I was still in college then! My truck was driven and parked under cover for about all its civilian life, so not much sun or ozone aging, it was way out in rural Nebraska. I haven't aged quite so well my self.

Rogue Island Arsenal called me yesterday, my M1919A4 is "in the mail."

the 11.00 16 Michelins are the tallest that fir stock rims. they increase top speed too. most 9.00s are about 36 tall and the 11.00 are 39 . makes a big difference. I think my next tire will be the 10.50 16. chevron tread they are 38.5. made by STA I believe.
if you find Humvee tires in a 16 I would like to see that. I have never looked but just assumed they were all 16.5

20 years ago that should have been 16.5's, you might want to look at the side wall for the size and if they are 16.5 be very, VERY careful!!
