4.8 diff. gears, Facet electric fuel pump, 24 volt altenator, M-series rebuilt distributor with pertronix.
My rebuilt mechanical fuel pump failed at 1380 miles. It was bypassing engine oil into the vacuum side
on into the intake manifold.

Dodge M880 Dana 44F front and Dana 60 Rear axles with disk brakes front and rear disk kit in back. 4.10 gears standard and gotten for the cost of the stock axle disk brake kit less hub modification.
Where might you find these axles for a decent price? I have seen some Dana 44 new axles for Jeeps, can those be used or it has to be from the M880?

Those axles are the same as the rest of the Dodge pick up line from those years. They were civilian pick ups after all. Those particular axles you are asking about were not very good axles at all, a LOT of wheel bearing problems with the unit bearing type setup. You are better off going with later axles from a 3/4 ton truck and preferably a Dana 60.
