Hey Crew.
I think I have my fuel problem solved and now am on to the next problem/situation if you prefer! I found a 7/16" steel line with an inverted male flare fitting under the carburetor? There was a worm drive hose clamp hanging loose back on the line a ways?? Anybody know if this was some sort of a blow-by line?? I'll try and attach a shot of it. Thanks in advance!

Tim, is the line actually attached to the bottom of the carb or does it make its way over to the distributor?

I did not follow it around to the opposite side of the engine but I will. It is not attached to the carburetor! There is another fitting on the intake manifold that is plugged off, I'm wondering if there was some sort of a check vale for crankcase ventilation? :?:

I've been doing a photo search of an engine rebuild and can't really find the picture I'm looking for. I do think it's some kind of a PVC valve line and the valve is missing??

glad I could help. It's not often I get to since I'm fairly new to all this myself.
I got all the manuals on a CD for about $20. I forgot the name of the outfit, but I'm sure someone will chime in....

have fun!
