Sort of off topic, for a 230 that has been converted to 12 volt, would the same point/condenser #'s apply?

Bruce that would depend on which distributor you have IE the military using a 12 volt internal or external coil or one of the many civvy distributors. IE
IAD-4201-1 uses IGP-3028FS & IGW-3139 Early distr with fan shaped rotor & 3 3/8" dia. base
IAO-4102-1 uses IGP-3028FS & IG-3927K Early distr with fan shaped rotor & 3 3/8" dia. base
IAY-4002-1 uses IGW-3028DS & IAT-3076LA Late with short roundish rotor and 3 1/8" Dia. Base
IAY-4006-1 uses IGW-3028DS & IAT-3076LA Late with short roundish rotor and 3 1/8" Dia. Base
IAY-4003A-1 uses IGW-3028DS & IAT-3076LA Late with short roundish rotor and 3 1/8" Dia. Base
IAY-4003-1 uses IGW-3028DS & IAT-3076LA Late with short roundish rotor and 3 1/8" Dia. Base
IAY-4003B-1 uses IGW-3028DS & IAT-3076LA Late with short roundish rotor and 3 1/8" Dia. Base

I'm heading out the door for a couple of days, my coil is external. Also my 230 is from a 43/44 WC.

A more direct answer to your question, the points that work in the military standard distributor do not fit in any of the civilian distributor models.

Condensers are more easily adaptable, various ones can be made to work in many distributors without a lot of effort.

If it still has the 43/44 T223 distributor then IGW-3028DS & 1BB-2042SS 1
