Hey Folks! I just bought my M37 and had no clue there was no cab heater!! I bought this rig to drive but need heat on my feet!!

Welcome aboard Tim and Lori! You have stumbled onto M37 gold-anything you want or need to know about your truck can be found here! For your heater issue, some use a Mutt heater (from an M151) while others use the fender-mounted heater that is hard to come by, and pricey!
I used a Mutt heater and it works fine (be sure you read the extensive post about Nick's heater hose valves, too!

I installed a Heater Craft 401HC Hydronic Heater (http://www.heatercraft.com) under my drivers seat on my M, and I'll tell you that it combined with the V-8 will burn your feet off.

Took it out last night, and at ~18 degrees and running 55 MPH i had to turn the fan down to Med.

Thank you W A Watson! I am familiar with heatercraft as we have on in our boat!! I believe this is the way I'll go forward. I also think I have found the spots on the engine and radiator hose to attach the heater hoses!! I'll be gone for a week starting tomorrow but I'll be back! Thank you Fellows for all the help!!

Does this heater rely on hot water from the engine, or does it use some sort of heated electrical coil to heat the air? Under the driver's seat is a cool place for a heater, but if you have to run water lines to there, it would seem a bit tricky....

Nickathome, Yes it uses Hot Water from the Engine. My Hose routing was easy.

Mine has 2 heaters, 1 for the cab in general and one for my feet.

The one for my feet is a heater core boxed in under the seat with a 12v computer fan and adjustable blower speed switch.

After you work out a heater, you will most likely find you also need a defroster duct (that is unless you can drive without breathing ). My truck came with a defroster made of 2" dia. pipe with holes drilled along the length, along with other "mods" (pronounced "hacks"). It was worthless. I simply replaced the defoster with the "original" one (4" ducting) and the decreased flow resistance makes a HUGE difference. I no longer have to carry a squeege (for the inside of the windows) with me when I drive.
