I just heard that there is a new law in effect, and MV owners that have had their trucks legally titled- are getting letters from the DMV revoking their titles and replaceing them with some sort of "off road only title". Any body up there had this done to them yet? Supposedly the writers of the new law have stated that this was Not what they intended the law to do- go figure.

There was a fair amount about this on the Dodge M37/M43 Facebook group.
Crazy. I would think that revoking the registration of vehicles which had been previously titled would constitute a "taking" and require that the owner be compensated for the loss of use. It's as if the zoning changed where your house sits so that you no longer conform. Are they going to tell you that it's now "seasonal use only" and you cannot use it as a primary residence?

Sounds like all that weed smoke has been floating into your lawmaker's ventilation system.

British Columbia has recently started cracking down on MV's as well...no word on exactly what they're beef is.

I live in Durango, Colorado and have not received any such notice as of yet. Of course I'll let everyone know if I do. I am a Lone Ranger, without a comunity of other MV enthusist to conspire with. This leaves me relying on You Guys for everything!!! Thanks for the heads up

I just saw on FB Marketplace some guy in Colorado Springs selling his whole MB set up. Everything was 24k. I wondered if he was giving up.
