Curious as to what folks use for removal of the stock waterproof spark plugs. I know it has to be extra deep to clear the collar, but online searches so far don't give me enough info and was wondering if someone could recommend a brand they know works. Thanks.

I use a standard 1/2" drive deepwell socket, fits fine.

I've used a simple open end wrench to remove mine. I forget the size (I think its 11 or 13 /16ths) but it usually takes one wrench on the wire and one holding the plud to loosen the wire. Once the wire is off, I then use the same open end wrench to loosen the plug enough to unscrew.

without being at my truck, it looks like an offset 13/16" box-end wrench might also do the trick
