Back to the truck work...

Hi All,
Took advantage of an eBay deal to pick up a new slide hammer set. I need to replace the pitman arm pivot pin and bushing on my truck. It has nominal wear and play but I'd like to eliminate that to feel a bit less drift when driving.
I also finally got a new camera so I'll post some pictures of the job

More to follow,
Gary
P.S. Hope everyone is doing well since the forum activity seems a bit slow....

110F around here so things slow down. Also the Navy DJ3 project has taken priority, so not much with the M37 other than the occasional outing.

Truck had some vaporlock issues during the extreme heat last week so I ordered a fire sleeve for the fuel line running from the pump to the carb bowl. Hopefully that will help as I don't want to install an electric pump if I don't have to.
Other than that it's back to work on the MB to try and get the body sorted out. Always a project around these parts.
Also, low forum activity just means that everyone's trucks are running smoothly and there are no problems, right? RIGHT?

Thanks for the responses, guys-too hot here in Utah today to do the job.
Will try again this week if the temps cool down.

Happens to me all the time.
I put something down somewhere specifically so I'll remember where it is, but then forget where I put it.
I should really sort out the workshop a little bit, but I'll need some more table space to do that.
But, if I have more table space I'll find more stuff to put on the tables.
It's a very dangerous game to play.

For sure! I just need to commit to neatness and consolidate all of my "waiting to be installed" parts so I know where everything is.... Glad it isn't just me
