Need Turn Signal Control Green Indicator Cover

I'm looking for help finding a new twist on control cover for the turn indicator light on my 1951 M37 steering column mounted control assembly. The cover is made with a couple of ears that twist into the control to hold it in place. The ears are broken off, and the turn indicator light cover will not stay in place. I realize this turn signal control was most likely installed well after original build of the truck, but it is nice it is there now.
Thanks for any help finding a replacement!
My control information is as follows:
--24 V.D.C.U.S.
--Part/N M62069/1-2-11613632
--NSN2590-00-808-6072
--Serial A432291
--D.C. Electronics Inc.
--Aurora Ill.
--Part No DCE8800

I am right now removing the old Army turn control assembly with the multiple connector green box on the firewall, and if you can post a picture of what you need, perhaps it is something I am now removing.

He has the new current production one for M35. Check with S&S or AAA Military for spare cover.

Thanks Guys,
I made an attempt to at least getting a few pics on my Gallery, but with my poor internet here, could not get them to load. I will contact AAA Military and try to find S&S.
