Hi Guys,
Does anyone know the part number for the blower motor for the fender mounted cab heater for the M37? All I've been able to find online is the PN for the M35 heater, which doesn't used a sealed case motor, so it won't work outside on the fender unit. I'll take any number you have (ORD, NSN, DSN, Unimotor #, Winters #, ect)....I just need something to start with.
thanks,
bob

Hi Travis,
THANKS! I keep forgetting that VPW prints the part numbers in their catalog. I got their new printed catalog a few weeks ago and it's really great. The motor they have is actually the M35 motor, which is a bit too tall and has wider stud spacing.......but it can be made to work. But with the PN I can find the original motor if it's out there. Thanks again!
regards,
bob

Hi Travis,
Yes. If you look at the VPW catalog, the part number is followed by a -R for "replacement". That means the part number is correct, but the part they are selling you is a bit different from the original. Turns out the heater blower motor on the M37 is also used as a ventilation blower motor on the M43.
thanks again,
bob
