LU4 Question

I have a data plate here for a winch ,its blank.
I have all the info here for it but its says Rating -" XXXX" pounds at "XXXX" FT. Per Min on bare drum.
I know the winch is 7500 , but whats the FT Per Min on a bare drum on a LU4 ?
