Wheel Cylinder parts

Does anybody have any leads on where to get the pistons for the wheel cylinders? I was surprised they do not come with the rebuild kits

I've never seen just the pistons for sale. You're best bet is to get them from someone who's replacing their cylinders with the new repops. I believe the original pistons were cast iron while the newer ones are aluminum. Put a WANTED message in the Swap Meet section for old wheel cylinders......I'm sure most guys just chuck them, but if they knew you needed piston could probably help you out for the cost of shipping.......or there abouts. Next time I look in my junk pile I'll see if I have any.
