We have been trying to detemine the date of manufacture of my friends M43. Similar to my M37, his data plates are gone.

We found the following number on the driver's frame rail: L-245-5667.

I think it is a part number but we are not sure.

Any clue where the frame unit number is on the M43?

Disregard...I figured it out. Duh. Feb of 59.

Just had to go to the correct website.
