I have an M-37 carb problem. I think the needle valve fitting was partly stripped when i got it. Anyway, in spite of my tender touch, it is now.

Thus my question: Has any one had any luck welding the aluminum (pot metal?) casting?

Threaded JB weld? I have never used my MIG on aluminum

Mine is jb welded in place thanks to the previous owner, been holding up well for a couple years now
