Anyone recognize this M37?

Does anyone recognize this M37? Sorry for the two bad pictures, but I didn't know if anyone knew who restored it or more about the truck. The web site the pic came off of was no help at all.

Nice Truck. I note it has the spot light. What is the Frame Serial Number over on the front Drivers Side? This number may help us to find out more history on it.

The correct numbers on the frame are 80262028.
