Regulator Harness Trick

Hi Guys,
I've seen people sell the wiring harness that goes from the regulator to the truck's electrical system (not the thick cable that goes to the generator) for some pretty big bucks. Well, here's a trick to getting one cheap. Pick up one of the higher amperage conversion kits, like this one;

There's a shiny new regulator harness in the kit that can be modified if needed. This particular add never sells, except to me a time or two.....so you can get a new regulator harness for $10 plus shipping....instead of the $100+ I've seen people pay for the same harness, just labeled as such. Heck, the connector alone is worth the $10 bucks and you can build the rest of the harness for not much more if you don't use it as is.
Just figured I'd pass this tidbit on. Enjoy.
regards,
bob
