M37 Hood Numbers

Is it possible to come up with a hood number based on Govt. contract # or data plate info ?

Lots of careful sanding. Sometimes the tailgate will yield very quickly. Be very careful w/that thou, sometimes the tailgate is a donor, like mine. A Navy truck with an Army tailgate. Use your birthday, thats what I'm planning on doing.
