Mystery Parts

So I bought a box of what were advertised as M37 parts. But I can't identify these four brackets, which look like something that would bolt to the frame. Maybe these are WC or jeep parts?

M37 w/o winch bumper brackets.

Those are the brackets that hold your front bumper on.
