Bobcat,
Use the search in the upper right corner and type in "Navy M37". Your post will come up first, but about 5 down you'll see the post I put up that has pics of a Navy M37.....but it's probably not what you're expecting. I also just recently saw some pics of another Navy M37 in battleship grey...........I just have to remember where I saw them.
regards,
bob

Yes, I took a picture of one at the Portland MVPA National in Navy drab last summer. I'll post it this afternoon (I'm at work right now).

That's a pretty cool pic. I wonder if it's accurate in terms of the Navy painting "US" and "Navy" above and below the door star respectively. I also wonder why a Navy vehicle would need a bridge plate? But cool to see a gray M.
thanks,
bob

I believe that the Navy marking would be similar to the Air Force markings of the same period. Neither AF or Navy uses stars that I know of. I would a Navy truck next but my second truck is a USMC.

Let google be your guide....
If it is a Sea Bee truck it will be either US Army 24087 or USMC 24079. If you want it just Navy gray then it will be Navy grey with black letters.

I believe that is the same truck that was in Hemming's Motor News. If I recall correctly it sold for $40,000.
