Swallow Some Pride?

Well Crew, this ain't been the most productive year for old Trucker-Tim.
I ran in more snow and ice this year than I have in many years past.
Finally decided if I was going to get anything finished I needed some help!
Sometimes ya got to call in the professionals!! Last year I ordered a new wiring harness from VWM.
I started to install it and came to a complete stop. Just sort of stalled out.
It was time to call my Friends at VPW in Fairfield for some help! One week later and we have lights!
There were also several other things they attended to so I feel we made the right move taking the "M"
over and having several things I can say FINISHED. Not sure the rig will ever be completely 100%
finished but we are a bit closer. Went for a nice joy ride last evening until I remembered I had not hung the license plates on the truck!
Whoops  Oh well, what can you expect from an old trucker? (old outlaw)

Yes it was!
I've often told Friends, I didn't buy the M for my Lori & Me,
I bought it out of respect to all the Folks who served and still serve their Country.
It's my way of saying "Thank You". I respect your sacrifice.

Tim, these trucks are never "done". There will always be something to adjust, clean, grease, lube, "improve", paint, attach, etc.

It is one of the joys of these trucks.

It's a feature, not a bug.

Tim,
I'll add that it's ok to ask for help when you need it! I doubt that any of our forum friends haven't posted a question or request for help at some point--I've asked tons of questions and requested help on numerous occasions-my truck would be light-years behind it's present state if I didn't ask, so good for you!

Thank All Of You for the kind words.
I have learned (the hard way) we all have limitations. Having to admit them is another thing.
My Lori has some health problems and I cannot afford to be out away from home and have the truck lay-down and be stranded.
So far as slow as I am we have tried to do everything possible to keep the rig original.
Original is great, reliable is more better!!
Had another little fuel issue but that too will be soon resolved.
On another note, I sure am happy with my new trailer!! Well worth the investment!! Cheers! :D
